Search Process
Our search process will take approximately 3 months. In the first stage, we will be conducting a thorough research in which our consultants will visit the client’s office to conduct an in-depth assessment, thus gaining a thorough understanding of the organization, its culture and the search position. This meeting will produce mutually agreed upon strategies and tactics, thus providing the platform for the next step in quality and timely search fulfillment.
The second stage will be identifying possible qualified candidates. This is done by building a list of target companies and sourcing candidates within. Lumenthor will interview candidates that we feel fit for the role and formally submit candidate reports to our clients.
In the last stage, as the client interviews candidates, we continuously search for more possible suitable candidates. The feedback from interviewed candidates are collected and used to search additional candidates. Once the proper individual is identified, reference check reports will be conducted and we will start the package negotiation process resulting in a successful acceptance by the candidate. While many search firm would consider the deal done at this point, Lumenthor will provide ongoing support and contact to ensure a smooth transition and successful for the client.
